SongToKaraoke is a tool that processes audio and video files uploaded by users. We do not host, distribute, or provide copyrighted music. All content is uploaded by users and accessible only to the uploading user.

2. User Responsibility

By using SongToKaraoke, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the files you upload, or
• You have obtained proper authorization from the copyright holder, or
• Your use falls under fair use or similar legal exceptions in your jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the legality of your use.

3. Intended Use

SongToKaraoke is designed for:

• Personal, non-commercial karaoke practice
• Vocal training and singing practice
• Creating covers for personal enjoyment

The Service is not intended for commercial redistribution of copyrighted material.

4. DMCA Takedown Requests

If you are a copyright holder and believe that content processed through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Required Information

Your notice must include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information
2. Identification of the copyrighted work
3. Description of the infringing material and its location
4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Actions Upon Valid Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the identified content, including all uploaded source files and processed results

• Record the incident for repeat infringer tracking

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy to terminate access for users who repeatedly upload infringing content. Accounts with multiple valid DMCA complaints may be permanently suspended.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
