SongToKaraoke provides an AI-powered vocal separation service that converts songs into karaoke accompaniment tracks. The Service allows users to upload audio files, process them to remove vocals, and download the resulting accompaniment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to use any audio files you upload.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright laws.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service.

4. Payments and Refunds

• The Service offers a one-time free trial for anonymous users.
• Registered users receive sign-up credits and can claim free daily credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packages (no subscription).
• Credits are consumed based on processing time. Purchased credits have an expiration period as stated at the time of purchase.
• If you are not satisfied with the result, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the audio files you upload.
• SongToKaraoke does not claim ownership of your content.
• Processed files are stored temporarily and may be deleted after 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SongToKaraoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
